Basement Project in Stapleton Perfect for a New Family

We had so much fun working with our last family in Stapleton.  They have a beautiful little baby girl and wanted to create a fun space for her to play and grow up in.  We designed a playroom using fun carpet tiles that are washable.  Chalkboard paint was used on one large wall allowing kids and adults to write fun messages and pictures.  Under the stairs we created a fun little playhouse, along with dutch door and entry light.   The media room includes all technology in a enclosed cabinet hiding all wires and equipment.  A gas fireplace was included [Read more...]

Oh To Be A Kid Again … Kids Decorating Ideas

  This slide is such a fantastic way for our clients who build new or have a large demo project, to incorporate a little sense of fun for the kiddos! What a great idea… it makes me want to be a kid again!  This slide was incorporated into an exisitng stair case.  Won’t have to call them for dinner twice.   I saw this bed and it made me want to be a little girl again! Stapleton Basement Project – A Fun Area for the Family

Our client already had most of their basement finished by the builder, but had one area that still needed to be finished.  We started with stained concrete floors, very environmental and super easy to care for. They wanted to create an area that could be used for their vintage arcade games and exercise equipment.  A plasma TV was placed at the end of the room so it could be viewed while playing the games or while using the elliptical.
